Pricing questions, answered
What does the per-guest price include? +
It covers a personal WhatsApp invitation addressed to each guest by name, with your invitation image or video, RSVP buttons inside the chat, and per-message status (sent, delivered, read) in one dashboard. The per-guest price is shown in your currency on this page, and you only pay for the guests you actually send to.
Does the QR entry code cost extra? +
The QR entry code is included in the packages whose feature list on this page shows it, at no extra charge. With the flat-priced EInvite page, QR entry cards are an optional add-on and their price appears in the add-ons section on this page.
What happens if a guest never replies? +
The guest stays in the "no reply" list in your dashboard with their message status, and you can send or schedule a reminder before the event. Reminders are free on Diamond and an optional service on Gold.
Is there a minimum guest count? +
There is no minimum. On the per-guest WhatsApp packages you pay only for the guests you send to, and the EInvite page is a flat price whatever the headcount. Before you send to anyone, you can send a free test invitation to your own number to check the final look.
Can I get a refund after paying? +
Refunds follow the refund policy set out on our Terms page. If you hit a problem with a payment or with sending your invitations, contact support on WhatsApp and we will review your case.
How fast do invitations reach my guests? +
Once your guest list is approved, invitations start arriving within minutes, and you can schedule sending for a time you choose. An EInvite page is live the moment payment completes and you share it with a single link.
